Harvard Prize Book & BBQ Donations 2026
Calling all Harvard Alumni and Friends - Each Spring, Harvard alumni present Prize Books to students and faculty at public, charter, private and parochial schools all over San Antonio! Please help us make this year's Harvard Prize Book successful. You can do this by making a donation to the Harvard Club of San Antonio to underwrite the Prize Book program. Your donation goes directly to the purchase of books to be awarded to the selected students and teachers, as well as to help cover the expenses of our annual BBQ held in our book recipients' honor. We are asking for Prize Book Donations @ $35 each (a slight increase from last year, to cover the increases in prices on the books.).
We are also looking for sponsors for the Harvard Prize Book BBQ. Every Fall, once the temperature dips a bit, we gather for an informal, backyard BBQ to celebrate the Prize Book winners. All Prize Book recipients are invited to the BBQ free of charge. The BBQ venue has not been decided upon yet, but if you would like to help us by becoming a HCSA Prize Book BBQ Sponsor, we want to hear from you. Please see the details below!
